Last Sunday, 23rd July, 2023, the first new launch project in Thu Thiem this year was released at Gem Center in Ho Chi Minh City, welcoming about 100 apartments from 1-2-3-4 bedroom and duplex in Tower T2 of Thu Thiem Zeit River, developed by GS E&C from Korea.

The Price Range?
The price below is excluded 10% VAT:
- 1Bed: Min: 5,680USD/m2 – Max: 6,120USD/m2
- 2Bed: Min: 5,890USD/m2 – Max: 6,230USD/m2
- 3Bed: Min: 6,680USD/m2 – Max: 6,970USD/m2
- 4Bed: Min: 7,760USD/m2 – Max: 8,040USD/m2
- Duplex: Min: 7,600USD/m2 – Max: 8,250USD/m2
The price doesn’t seem to increase much from the last launch last year. Common units are from 1-3 bedroom, 4 bedroom and duplex are limited.
Launch result?
Out of 100 apartments, about 90 apartments are sold. It’s not sold out, but under this economy circumstance, 90% sold out are good enough, signaling the market started picking up.
