Asia’s leading high-end real estate expert gives their comments on the real estate market in the annual market report “Fearless Forecast”, which highlights the forecast of execution of Fintech (Finance Technology) in this market.
How will it change when technology has become hotter than ever?
The report mentioned the effect of Government’s macroeconomic stabilization and the twist in the bond and credit markets that have attracted the attention of international investors. However, with a clear development policy to attract foreign direct investment (FDI) and positive Vietnam’s economic growth prospects, investors’ sentiment is expected to gradually recover.

Notably, Arcadia Consulting also predicts that Fintech will change the game among real estate investors in the context of the digital and e-commerce booming after the pandemic. In addition, fluctuations of the capital market cause investors to reconsider their investment list and look for a new channel to adapt the situation.
A good example of the application of technology to real estate is the blockchain platform – encoding assets into tokens (this process is called tokenization) and then split the property for many owners.
