The scale of the package includes 04 basements, 2 tower blocks (36 and 28 floors) – is the package with many basements and the highest number of floors in the overall scale of The Metropole Thu Thiem project. Song Viet urban complex – with a total initial investment of 7,300 billion VND, with a scale of 7.6 hectares, located at the foot of Thu Thiem 2 bridge, on the left is Thu Thiem central square.
Using the experience deployed in phase 1, Coteccons came up with optimal construction plans so that the project could be completed in the best way and as expected.
