From the beginning of October 2021, The River Thu Thiem project has officially restarted to fully meet the requirements of local authorities and comply with the Government’s Covid-19 prevention and control directive.
With the initiative in materials, equipment and human resources, the project progress is still being carried out as planned, starting to enter the construction phase of the final items to prepare the hand-over to customers.

As of early November 2021, all three towers of the project have been topped out and are in the finishing phase:
- Complete the structural work of the whole project
- The finishing work on the exterior of the project is being carried out quickly
- The works of finishing, electromechanical and fire prevention are being carried out from the basement to the apartment floors
- The items of internal utilities are being completed
- The riverside park is being coordinated with the authorities to speed up the construction progress
The River Thu Thiem development and project management team are trying their best to complete the project despite the influence of force majeure events.
THAO DIEN GREEN PROJECT COMPLETED FOUNDTION AND BASEMENT
Recently, General Contractor Central, in collaboration with Investor SIC, poured concrete to close the basement of Thao Dien Green project. As of the middle of the fourth quarter of 2021, the project is still sticking to the plan, the time to complete the basement is on schedule.
Right after closing, developer continues the work for the construction of the upper floors. With a large human resource from the construction contractor and strong financial potential from the developer SIC, it is expected that the project will be handed over in time with the time committed to the customer.
Thao Dien Green promises to bring residents a perfect, modern and trend-leading living space. The project has a rather special shape and architectural design, requiring careful construction methods, such as the 3-layer open-cut and splash-proof basements and large block foundation pits. In addition, there is a transfer floor beam system located on the 2nd floor to create solidity for the building block.

LUMIÈRE RIVERSIDE
The force majeure situation directly affected the construction progress of the LUMIÈRE riverside project. However, starting on October 1, 2021, the construction work at LUMIÈRE riverside has officially started again in accordance with the government’s regulations and directives on epidemic prevention and control, continuing to carry out construction work as planned.

THE BEVERLY – VINHOMES GRAND PARK
The most anticipated high-rise complex in the big city at Vinhomes Grand Park is expected to hold an online kick-off and officially open for sale on November 15, 2021.
The project is currently in the basement construction stage and is trying to maintain the handover schedule to the customer in 2023.
On October 1, 2021, The Beverly project was restated by the developer and the contractor. Progress is 3 months behind schedule due to the recent gap. Construction is being carried out safely according to 5K principles to ensure safety against Covid-19 and according to government regulations.
