With the limited supply of luxury projects at the prime location, this price is reasonable when the supply cannot meet the demand and explains for such fast consumption: 70% of buyers are Foreigners (both SPA and LTLA, taking 3 and 2 bedroom) and the 30% are Vietnamese (taking mostly 2 and 1 bedroom).
