The Role: Video Editor & Filmmaker
We are looking for a creative and driven individual to join our team as a Video Editor & Filmmaker. This role is not just about editing videos—it’s about crafting stories that capture the essence of luxury real estate and resonate with our target audience. You’ll be creating high-impact video content that highlights the unique features of our properties, showcasing them in a way that appeals to both local and international buyers and renters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Showcases: Film and edit compelling videos that bring our property listings to life, highlighting their unique selling points and the lifestyle they offer.
- Content Creation: Develop a variety of video content for multiple platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, to engage and attract potential clients.
- Collaborative Storytelling: Work closely with CEO KC Pham and the marketing team to script and produce videos that align with our brand’s vision and goals.
- Design & Thumbnails: Utilize your skills in Photoshop to create eye-catching thumbnails and visual assets that enhance our content’s appeal.
- Project Management: Assist in planning and executing video projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with marketing strategies.

The Ideal Candidate
- Experience: You should have at least 3 years of experience in video editing, filming, and content creation.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential.
- Creative Vision: We’re looking for someone with a strong creative vision who can develop content that is both engaging and effective.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premier…) and Photoshop is required.
- Work Ethic: We value hard work, dedication, and the ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
