The price range of Zeitgeist (Zeit RIVER COUNTY 1) is considered low comparing to the price of 2018. Because of this good price and the payment schedule, the sold rate is well-performed. With only 9 units at the prime location, although the Villas (300m2) have the highest price (20 – 27 Billion VND/unit ~ 858.000 – 1.158.000 USD), they are first ones sold out. Next are townhouses and shophouses.
There were 2,000 bookings for this launch. This figure has shown how hot the project is when the developer has 02 times refunding the bookings to the buyers who claimed waiting too long for the launch.
Once the launch ended, out of 173 sold out units, many buyers still regret not having enough luck to get one unit in this phase 1. According to the notice from the developer and the project scale, there will be around 500 low rise units belong to the remaining 04 phases in the next launching, of course will come at a higher price.
